NL Trails Update -- 1/22/15

The cross country ski trails and ski practice field at the school were all groomed and had new track set today.  All of our areas remain in excellent condition!  We hope everyone enjoys the trails and the skiing opportunities they bring to the area.  We ask everyone to observe our rules, to ensure skiing enjoyment for all.  Please, do not walk on groomed and tracked trails, and please, no dogs!  The North Lakeland trail system continues to be groomed and maintained by North Lakeland School.  Donations are appreciated.

NL Trails Update -- Happy New Year!

The cross-country ski trails were groomed Jan. 2 for New Year's skiers. Dec. 22 and 23, following our 7-10 inches of fresh snow, our trails were also packed and groomed.  Our packed base has returned to a range of 8-12 inches.  All trails are in excellent condition.  The main ski loops are all tracked for classic skiers.  We hope everyone enjoys the trails, and the skiing they bring to the area.  We ask everyone to observe our rules to ensure skiing enjoyment for all.  Please do not walk on groomed and tracked trails, and please, no dogs!

NL Trails Update -- 12/9/14

North Lakeland Trails - Grooming Update - 12/9/14
The cross-country ski trails were groomed and tracked Dec. 9, and are currently in VERY GOOD condition.  The forecasted warm-up this week and weekend may hinder our ability to groom until cooler conditions resume.  We hope everyone enjoys the trails and skiing they bring to the area.  We ask everyone to observe our rules to ensure skiing enjoyment.  Please, do not walk on groomed and tracked trails, and please, no dogs!

WINTER CONCERTS, DEC. 16 & DEC. 18

North Lakeland's winter concerts are set for Tuesday, Dec. 16 (4K - 4th grades) and Thursday, Dec. 18 (5th-8th grades).  Both concerts start at 6:30 p.m. in the school gymnasium.  Primary students should be in their classrooms by 6:15 p.m.  Middle school students should be in their warm-up areas at 6:10 p.m.  Refreshments will be served after each concert, and the 8th grade class will have a Bake & Craft Sale starting at 5:45 p.m. each night to help raise funds for their class trip.
